There are 45 cats and dogs for every person born.
Only 1 out of 10 dogs born ever get a home.
Only 1 out of 12 cats born ever find a home.
800 dogs & cats are KILLED each HOUR in the U.S, because there are not enough homes for them
Chilling statistics. And people wonder why spaying and neutering is such an issue.
I also have a labso aso mix (I think), but don't know what he's mixed with??? He's around 25 pounds, is anywhere from 9-12yo. And he has the most adorable (((grin))) underbite. I adopted him from a rescue organization who had saved him from a city pound. I also adopted a St. Bernard mix a couple of months ago; again don't know what half of the mix is. She's around 35-40 pounds right now and is about to turn 4 months old. I've been wondering if dogs can cross with billy goats (jk) as she eats anything she can fit in her mouth (thank goodness for crates.)
Its in my sig but I will post anyways!

Blondie is *gorgeous*! I love her dark eye markings - she looks like she's got make-up on! She looks like she might be a (ubiquitous) lab mix, or maybe a beagle tho' I don't know how that would work with a St Bernard...
