Question Rescuing 2 airedales tomorrow, help!

I've got two puppy airedales that need rescuing and I want them both. The 3 month old female and the 5 month old male would make the perfect addition to my family, but I'm nervous from the things I have heard from various people. "Never to get 2 puppies at the same time" Has anyone had a GOOD experience with this? Please help me before I make a terrible mistake. Also, if I get them both, should I get two separate crates or 1 large one?

I don't know if it's right or wrong but we got two puppies just a few months apart, He was 6 months when we got her at 2 months old. We only had him for about 3 and a half months. It seems to be working well. They are very attached to each other, but they also are attached to us. I guess people say if you get two together they won't bond with you. It has not been that way for us.

I would get 2 crates.

One of the reasons its not advised is because it can be very difficult to deal with 2 puppies at the same time. Each pup will need plenty of individual attention and training. If you have the time and patience to deal with two puppies, I say go for it. I agree with drfong on getting 2 separate crates.

I agree with the others. If you are ready, go for it. We got 2 as pups years ago. Potty training was a chore at times. Be prepared to spend alot of time running in and out . You know how it always seems like they never go potty when you want them to.....or they decide to play LOL!!
Good luck and keep us posted
