Having a health problem with my dog

I'm new on here, I just typed in "dog forums" in the search bar and ended up here. Hope someone can give me some advice. It's too late to take my dog to the vet tonight. I have an Australian Shepard 8 years old. She has always been very healthy. All of her shots are current. and she is heartworm free. The problem she is having is she is bloated...for the past three nights, actually early morning like 4-5 a.m., she has been vomiting up undigested food. I really didn't get worried about her until this evening, I was running my hands over her body and on her left side, there is a pretty large area that is very hard. Also I started watching her and she has not had a bowel movement in a couple of days. I plan on taking her to the vet tomorrow, but am looking to see if anyone out there might have an idea as to what's wrong with her. I also have 2 other dogs and they are both fine. Any help will really be appreciated and put my mind at rest at least for tonight.

I'm so sorry about your dog. I really am not sure what could be wrong with it. But, keep us updated and good luck.
