Sounds like he is trying to get your attention.

Make sure he is getting plenty of exercise and try offering him a stuffed kong to work on while you are busy doing other things before he starts to act up. Ignore any noisey/pushy attempts to get your attention but be sure to give him plenty of attention whenever you notice him being calm, quiet and polite.

Sound like he wants some attention. Here's a good solution: Push the keyboard away and go play with your dog

Sounds like he's bored and underexercised. Dogs need exercise to burn off all that pent up energy, and mental stimulation helps tire them out, too. Sometimes people don't realize that some small breeds require a lot more exercise than some larger breeds, and some need a job!

Give him something to do! Interactive toys, teach him games, take him for walks, provide him with brief training sessions throughout the day.
