J.D goes to his new home tomorrow. It's soooo bittersweet. On one hand, the family is AMAZING. On the other hand, I am so going to miss that dog. The family is... incredible. They bought this house SPECIFICALLY to get a dog. They waited, and looked for the PERFECT dog for them, and JD is most definitely that dog.

I started tearing up when I was on the phone with the adoptions coordinator. She was telling me how much the family loved JD and was so excited to make him a part of their family.

Tomorrow is the day, he goes to his forever home.

Wish me luck guys, I'm going to be bawling like a BABY.

Awww - good luck. It is bittersweet but you know it's for the better. Now you can have another needy dog take his place sometime in the future!

haha I don't think I will foster for a while. This was a one off situation, his picture was sent to me when he was on the e-list and I just couldn't let him die.
