| Heres some of my favs of Kita gurl.
She's by no means a "designer dog" she was an "accidental litter" ( or irresponisble litter, however you choose to look at it, seeing as though there are no accidents... only irresponsible owners who dont spay/neuter and allow reproduction to occur, But off my soap box for now lol)
Here she is.
As a wee little thing the first time i layed eyes on her....
Her and her Big sis, Kilo ( Kita has the purple collar on)
Her and her other sister Runt, cuddling on the couch.
And purdy gurlie happy to be swimming ( the water looks discusting, but its just from the pollen that was floating around that day) |

| First off, those pics are FAB !!!! Wimble, and of course the competitor in me wants to go get some great new shots of mine to show off too! My daughter's cam broke so we need to get a new one. This has inspired me.
Like Tess and Coco, I call Tully and Rory brothers even though they are not blood related! Tully is 1, an Aquarian like his mother, and Rory is an Aries as stubborn as a Ram can get! OK, so what are your signs and do you know your dogs? This is for anyone that cares to share. People think I am nuts but I wanted an Aries and an Aquarian. Both my kids are Aries and my husband is a Cancer but really cusp of Gemini. We have a lot of fire and air over here!
Tully is my goldendoodle and Rory is my English Chocolate Lab. They are so funny together. Tully is the Alpha for sure but Rory seems to be OK with it.
Yesterday we went walking and Tul got a stick he was carrying in his mouth. He dropped it so I broke it in two and gave them both sticks to carry. OF course, the whole rest of the walk Tully kept trying to get over to Rory to snake his stick. IT was sooo funny! Rory knows it and I think enjoys the attention and flattery.
Tully is just such a clown and I have never had a dog that just makes me laugh. He is something else. Rory makes me laugh to though. I think Rory's best description of the perfect day is if I or daddy or one of the kids spent the whole day cuddling with him. Of course, food would need to be included in that scenerio, and a swim in the pool. OK, I am getting some pics this weekend for sure! |

| Well on to story number 2 of my mixed breeds. The last of the 4.
Puppy....
He's a great ol guy, has some health concerns but always manages to win over someones heart.
I got him a year ago ( a bit more than that but lets round down) He is an 8ish year old Rottie Shepherd mix ( im not a shep fan, but this guy didnt try to bite me right away*key word there* so we hit it off)
He's a slow old guy due to his hip displaysia and arthritis in almost every possible joint in his body, but is truely living out his golden years the way any dog deserves to. His former owner ( an elderly man) was a great person, just not very up to date if you will on pet ownership. He severly overfed Puppy and neglected basic medical treatments for him. Puppy and I go visit his "old owner" *no pun intended* monthly, Pete loves the visits and so does Puppy. He still heads off to all his old "hiding places" in hopes of digging up an old bone or something. Strange dog he is.
I mentioned that he was over weight... that is an understatement Puppy moved in here at a whopping 230lbs!!! Very large for a dog that should have prolly only weighed approx 120 ish. After some serious dieting ( better foods and less of it) some mild excersise ( Puppy had a hard time walking 500 feet to the bridge) he has lost a fair bit of weight and gained a bit of muscle mass. He now weighs 160lbs ( still a bit too heavy but definately more comfortable for him)
He learnt how to swim last summer... funny story actually.
At first he was terrified when i was walking in the beach with him, so I let him head back to shore where he wanted to go. I went for a swim. Puppy didnt like that I disappeared under water when i dove so he began to bark and came in after me. Such a loving ol boy, he worries so much.
After he realized that he could pretty much just float around in the water and it didnt hurt his joints to do so, he became impossible to keep out!
Thats enough for now, I have to head out and do some serious play time with the dogs, hope to have a few pics by the end of the day.
Here are a few of Puppy, from a while back.
Enjoy! |

Just chillin on the front porch
Chillin on the front lawn this past summer
If you notice a pattern here, lol, he likes to chill... here he's chillin in an up right position. |

| Come ON! How cute is he??????? I mean seriously??? He reminds me of Rory in the pic in the water. They resemble each other. Now, my pool doesn't open until April but I will have some pics to post of him in the water. I can't wait to see if Tully will go in this year!
I have always loved dogs and had them but this time around I get it. I mean I get the whole dog owner thing. That may sound weird? I think it is because I am in a different place and can enjoy my dogs because I am not as swamped with so much responsibility. I really enjoy Rory and Tully and allow myself to let them give back. I think one of my life lessons was to get it and I finally do! One more down, WOEWEE!
You didn't say what their signs were?

| I don't know what Sadie's birth day is so I just count the day i found her as her birthday and that day was January 14, 2007. She was about six weeks then and spent just under a week at the vets.
Chloe was born October 11. I don't know what her sign is but she is the guradian angel of my family because she was born the same day that my great granny past away. |

| well my pooch is in my opinion a "designer dog"... i like to say she is a terriab... he he he wired hair terrier/lab mix... or i guess the more proper term woud me a mutt.... but anywho... weither she is a designer dog, mutt or whatever... she is the sweetest thing alive... my favorite story actually just happened tonight... so first time i get to tell anyone is here....
so here goes...
i was a bit upset and crying tonight so i went in the bedroom to lay down on the bed for a bit... saddie as usual followed me into the bedroom... I had my arms wrapped around my head and face... so she started taking her face and shoving under my arms... and when she got to my face started giving me kisses as almost to say its ok mommy.. im here... and will do whatever it takes to make you happy.... actually made me feel alot better!!!
and i will add a few pics of my sweet girl as well |

| OOOPS Wimble, I thought you were a male but perhaps you are a female? I refer to myself as mommy with my pups and John as their daddy so I was inquiring about your sign?
So, I am not sure what is what? I guess Tully could be construed as a male also but not, I am a gal pal. Sorry if I offended
Chole is a scorpio, yes an Angle for sure. I think your other is actually a Sag if we go back 6 weeks.
Babydol, how cute! I have got to get my camera!
The weather is really nice here right now. Very Springy. The pups and I went for a walk around the man made lake yesterday. We have three in my community which is nice but would love to have my own. That way they could have their pool and I could have mine! Have a great day everyone! |

| im not offended, by all means. Strange names in forums are confusing. I've done it before too, on another forum I was convinced one member was a man, but when we did the " what do you look like" thread, she turned out almost model material....
I felt so dumb lol |

| OK, so Tully watches TV and Rory has no idea what it is. When a horn honks; however, Tully goes running to the front door. Sometimes he walks up to the TV if there are dogs on it. Does anyone else's pups watch TV? It is hilarious! |

| Mike Judge is pretty darn funny.
Beavis pays attention when I watch animal related shoes (e-vets, animal cops, dog whisperer, etc.), and sometimes barks when he hears doorbells on tv. So I guess his previous home had a doorbell, because we don't.
We live on a busy corner, and a lot of trucks, ambulances, buses, etc. go by. But he only barks when city buses drive past. School busses are fine. Trucks with sirens are fine. Great big tractor trailers are fine. But a city bus? Hates. Them. |
