How to clean a Kong Jump'n Jack?

Has anyone found a good way to clean these toys? I bought two for my dogs last weekend and put some peanut butter in a few of the grooves. Several days later and many attempts, they are still not perfectly clean. So obviously my dogs aren't getting to enjoy these toys as often as I would have liked. Should I not worry about the dry, residual peanut butter that remains in the grooves or what? I've tried soaking them in very hot water, scrubbing the grooves with a toothbrush, etc.

I don't have any trouble cleaning the traditional/classic Kong toys but these Jump'n Jacks are a pain! I wish I could take them back!

It's hard to beat the dishwasher. The detergent is so powerful and it gets very hot too. Give it a shot. It may take two cycles but it will be disinfected for sure and without all the elbow grease. Kong is a good toy.

Excellent to know they can go in the dishwasher. I wanted to try that but was afraid to without knowing for sure if it was ok. Thanks!!

Sadie has a puppy kong right now and she loves it. Chloe isn't a big chewer and she doesn't really like them at all. That jump'n jack looks cool though I might have to try it out, Chloe might like it better the the other kong. Had no idea there was such a thing until you mentioned it, lol, now I know how to keep it clean!!

I have the one with grooves and shaped like a dumbell sorta. I have to take a scrubbie and hot water to the grooves on the outside.

Keno can get it clean inside - don't see how as she's a lab, but she does. Anyway I've done the inside a few time by threading a dishcloth thru it back and forth.

You really need to get the dried peanut butter out.
