It's a mix. There's no way to tell. Could be anywhere between 30 and 60 pounds, or below, or above. I had a puppy from a litter whose mother was approx. 30 pounds, and he grew to be 95 pounds (not fat). The important thing is that no matter how big he is, if you've made a commitment to him, he's your responsibility for the rest of his natural life. If size is an issue, then choose a dog that is already an adult (6 months and up for a small dog).

Thank you so much... the only really reason i was asking was because my Apartment is kinda onthe smallish side..so for him i dont know ifhe will be comfortable..but i think as long as i take him on walks and take him outside he will be great...... My little Philip ..

Make sure your landlord agrees, and it's written in the lease. Large dogs can handle small apartments IF they have plenty of outside exercise and activity. This means more than walks, it means enough exercise to tire him out enough that he doesn't have excess energy to turn into destructive behavior inside. It means EVERY day. Rain or shine. It means multiple times a day. It's a big commitment.

When you say your lease has no limit, does that mean that it does say that dogs are allowed? To be safe, you need it in writing.

I just noted your signature line. No Chihuahua, or any other dog, is evil.
