| I would play with a puppy pad if it were the most interesting thing in my pen. The fact that he is looking for things to entertain himself is actually a sign that he needs more mental stimulation for his quickly developing mind. Therefore, you need to keep the items in his pen new, fresh, and exciting. Rotate his toys as much as possible. Add new and differnt chewable toys as often as possible. I prefer interactive toys like twist-n-treats, buster cubes, or the famous Kongs. Just keep in mind that he will be as rowdy as he needs to be with his toys, so make sure the pen is secure.
