There was a ton of stray dogs and you picked one out of the pack? I hope she doesn't have some hungry puppies waiting for their mother somewhere, as you described her breasts...

First get her checked for a microchip if you can. If nothing there, get ahold of the closest no-kill shelter asap. They will help if they can. Would your dad allow you to foster her for a while if she would be provided veterinary care and food?

Where are you located?

ETA that if this is a stray 'pack' they will most likely be back for their missing member, in which case they should be caught too. If you can't handle it, contact animal control but beware that there is a good chance they will be euthanized.

That is a relief...it was unclear in your original post if they were strays or not. Hopefully this gal will find a home after her pups are ready. Thanks for taking care of her. What kind of dog is she?

Thanks for helping that poor girl!
So, it sounds like the person who owned the dog was too stupid to spay her, then she gets pregnant....OH, huge surprise there. THEN they dump her pregnant, scared and alone to deal with THEIR ignorance !
I sure hope that girl and all of her pups find wonderful forever homes.

Thank you again for helping her.
