| Re: What are your daily walks routine? I take them out once a day for 30-45minutes. We walk through a beautiful alley that extends 5 or 6 blocks. Lots of flowers and stuff. Its really nice. The dogs seem to get real pooped after 30min because they are pretty small. |

What do you do? | At 5:30 am we go for an hour +, around 4-6 miles. Then at 8:30 am we go walk another dog in addition to my five for another 2 miles. Then every other day they get individual training/alone walk that can cover at least one more mile. Add to that the fact it will be winter soon, and we be covering some distance... (My four pound yorkie-mutt is included in nearly every walk as well. Little dogs can have the same endurance.) |

| Re: What are your daily walks routine? starting at six am and ending at twelve noon.
five minute rest(in a down stay)
ten minute walk
fifteen minute hard run
repeat
one pm...thirty minute flirt pole
one thirty...twenty minute cart pull
the five pm play changes daily sometimes visiting their rottie buddy Bear..sometimes fetch at the park..etc..
seven pm is the big run at three miles.
plus random training and training games in between
My girls are the kind of dog if they don't get enough stimulation they will fight each other and destroy my house.
this schedule will likely change with mine and my SO's...he also takes them out in between when I do... |

| Re: What are your daily walks routine? Nubs and I walk once a day usually before I go to work. So sometimes its 8am other times its 11am ish. Today it was at 2pm (late start to the day I'm sick with a cold and my fiancé didn't need to be out of bed until noon)
It ranges depends on what path I take. If I take the morning path (when I don't have a lot of time) its about 35mins, if I take the night path (or if I ample of time) it comes out to be about 1 hour-ish depending on people, and sniff time.
The 35 mins one just calms Nubs down, the hour one tuckers him right out. |

| Re: What are your daily walks routine? Weekday mornings I get up and take Libby for a walk before work at 6:20; we walk for 40 minutes. My DH takes her out at noon, and depending on his mood and hers he'll either do some retreive work in the park or tennis court, or take her for a 40 minute-1 hour walk. In the evenings, we both go for an hour walk, or take her to the dog park (except Monday nights - Agility night!).
Weekends are the same, except the morning walk is at 8, and the noon walk on Saturday is replaced with an hour play date with the dogs from our agility class. |

| Re: What are your daily walks routine? Katie has ADHD so she goes for a four mile hike through the woods as fast as I can go and usually off lead.
I come back and get Kramer who goes on a two mile walk and then Hingham who is my cool down doing one mile. |

| Re: What are your daily walks routine? on the days I work I take Ally outside before I leave just for 5 or 10 mins. Then she gets an hour long walk at noon and then when I get home at 8pm I try to take her out for about 30 mins . On my days off it just depends...today its raining and really windy so we just went outside at like 4pm...I'll take her out again tonight. I do play with her in the house though |

| Re: What are your daily walks routine? We don't have a set routine....I walk the bc in the morning about 2-3 miles, and if I feel like it I'll walk the shelties a mile after. If I don't walk the shelties in the am, I'll walk them a mile each in the evening...if DH wants to he'll walk Shiner again with me....on evenings I work, DH walks the shelties in the pm. That confused even me, lol....basically sometimes the get one walk, sometimes two. If it's raining or the weather is horrible in some way, we skip. We also try to do off leash twice a week, either the park or the lake. |

| Re: What are your daily walks routine? We go to the dog park daily. At around 2pm Its not the normal dog park of a few acers. We hike about 10mins in to the woods. Stop at the creek and meet up with doggy friends play hard for about a hour with them (On days we dont see his friends. he swims in the creek alone while I through a ball for a hour or so). then we take a group walk for about 35 mins in to the woods. Then go down to the pit which varys in time can be 5 mins to 30mins (depending whos down there ect), then we walk the 45 min walk back to the car and go home. Maybe stop for 10-15mins and through the ball again (that is if we still have it. normally the creek steals it from us and it gets stuck in one of the many beaver damns never to be found again lol.)
And then some days (maybe 3 or 4 days a week) we do a leash trainging walk for about 45 mins, just so he doesnt get rusty with the leash since every day he is offleash playing, so on leash means business no play lol |
