We are thinking about either Chloe or Penny, but still open to suggestions. Here she is:

Shalva will become famous soon enough
Re: Please help name my female beagle puppy

Personally I think those names are too common.... I know at least 6 Pennys and I can't count how many chloe's

I would go for a more unusual name
If I had kept a girl this time her name would have been
Vivian

What I tend to do is go to K9data.com
which is a golden retriever database and run any name I am considering through the database... if there are more than 5 or 6 with the same name I toss it.....

I have a Meghan and had I known how popular that name was I would never have used it.....

Re: Please help name my female beagle puppy

for some strange reason I looked at your puppy's photo and the first thing that popped into my head was Mokey from Fraggle Rock.

but I digress...

Names

Buttercup (a la 'the princess bride')

Aurian (just a name that I think is pretty)

Artemis(greek goddess of the hunt, rather appropriate for a beagle I think) or you could go with Diana the roman version.

just my thoughts...she's a total cutie...

Oh she is a cutie!!! My grandma has a beagle named Molly, I think that is cute.

I also like Penny, my next female will be a Penny.

Posie is cute too, IMO.

Re: Please help name my female beagle puppy

She is really cute.I like Chloe out of those names (thats my daughter's name).
Do you want a common name??? Or something more unique?

Maggie or Molly are a couple more suggestions.
I have known beagles with those names,as well as the two you mentioned!

Re: Please help name my female beagle puppy

It doesn't really matter if it's common or unique. I would kind of like to have something that sort of fits (sounds good) with our other beagle though...a male named Winston.
