True, but if this is your argument then you are catering to a VERY specific market...that is, people who own brachycephalic dogs. Also, I'm not entirely certain of what the weather is like over there, but chances are your business would be quite seasonal. If it only gets really hot a few months of the year, then during the rest of it, business is going to drop because people will be just as content to play outside for free.
Honestly, if your main selling point is the air-conditioning, I would be a bit worried. The air-conditioning is great and everything, but people aren't going to pay $20-$30 a month to let their dogs play in a cooler place for a few hours a week. You need another plus point, like training facilities that no other place offers, or maybe affiliation with a local pet store or something.
