Everytime i hear a squeek i have to lift my feet and look around, like wth? Who did i step on??
Scooter barks in his sleep, but its this wierd muffled squeeky bark. I thought it was water dripping the first time i heard it. Its a strange sound. bwoop bwoop
Is your doggy a Shnauzer? I can't tell really from your siggy. Either way, cute cute cute. Theres not enough small dog owners on here! |

| Re: crazy cat ladies, stand aside. Her mum is a jumbo chihuahua, and her daddy is a schnauzer, she has like, one chihuahua ear, one schnauzer ear, a curly tail, and schnauzer body and coat, its cool =P I've never been that much into little dogs because I think I'm going to break them, but she's tough and rough so it's easy to play with her, she's usually kicking the snot out of me! Gah! She always kicks me in her sleep, because she loves to sleep either by my tummy or up keeping my neck warm, so if she has a bad dream its like...wam! And her little muscly legs actually hurt!! What kinds of dogs do you have? They look adorabe in your siggy =P |

yeah they are tougher than people think. Plus they eat less food.... take us less space, having four little ones is easier than four big ones IMO
Scooters a whippet/shiba
Emmas a dog.... i think shnauzer/Jrt and somthing else. She has the same ears as your dog. lol
Tippys a chi mix
Critters a pom
Biggest one is like 27lbs they are the space saver model of dog. |

| Re: crazy cat ladies, stand aside. hahah yeah and we can only have small dogs since we live in an apartment XP i'm serious, her mom is like as big as the schnauzer, but she has these tiny little legs!! I mean she's not fat, but it looks funny =P I think your puppies are cute XD Do you crate train them, because I never got into that with this dog, I used to with my other dogs, but I really don't find it all that fair leaving her in a box 8 hours a day while I'm in school, and she loves to sleep on my bed with her bones and never chews up anything...and its hard because, if she makes too much noise like barks in a crate we could get in big trouble! So it's easier for her to just sleep on her heating pad on my bed like a spoiled brat =P |

Critter comes to work with me and i put her in a crate during the day for her safety (she would get stepped on)
Tippy is crated because she is a chewer and i cannot trust her yet, if ever.
Tippy barked and cried in the crate at first too. Luckily we have a house so she could throw all the fit she wanted. She got over it. Your dog would too, i understand the whole apartment barking thing tho. That sucks.
Emma is crated during the day because she has SA and will pee on the floor and hour or two later as part of her distress of us leaving. She actually is the only dog that likes the crate. She'll run into it if you just point. She doesn't seem to mind us leaving anymore either.
Scooter is trustworthy in every way and has limited run of the house when we are gone, hes a great dog honestly.
They have open crates at night but they don't always sleep in them.
I honestly never planned on crating any of them, and didn't start that way with any of them. But as issues arose it became mandatory to "imprison" the prisoners.

| Re: crazy cat ladies, stand aside. lol XP Yeah, Cause I mean she's never chewed up anything, and knows how to use her potty pads, and go outside when we come home. So I dunno, I guess it's all a matter of opinion and behavior. And we are friends with the breeder, so whenever we have an inspection, Pepper gets to get baby sat by her moma, daddy, brothers and sisters. =] So no chance of the inspection people accidently letting her out of the house...like...ohh what was that black streak that just darted out of the door and is sprinting around outside like an idiot!
