I haven't been here for awhile-so I wanted to update on my pack.Sadly both Lucy and Midget passed away.Lucy passed away in November at age 13-she started hemorrhaging from her bladder.Midget who always had neurotic/aggressive tendencies became worse after Lucy passed and I sadly had to make the decision to put him down in December-he was 8.
After they both passed-my surviving dog,Lady Mindy,grew very restless-so I adopted a brother for her from our local Humane Society on Christmas Eve day.His name is MacGyver.Here are some pics of them.The pic with the three dogs is Lady Mindy,Lucy[golden mix]and Midget[with the big ears].The other pic is LadyMindy[GSD/Aussie/Cattle Dog]and MacGyver[the tan dog]-they say he is Aussie/GSD-but I don't think he's GSD.I'm leaning towards Sheltie or even more likely-Corgi.
I also still have two cats-but my computer isn't cooperating to let me post those pics.
After scouring the web and comparing pics of breeds to Mac's characteristics-he is definitely Aussie/Sheltie mix-his ears and tail give it away.I agree,he is adorable and he and LadyMindy are best buds!
