Yes, I saw a female Mastiff strolling down the street the other day who's face was smaller than a male Chihuahua walking on the other side of the street. So yes, it must be true!

Females typically have smaller body structures all around, when compared to males.

Yes, many breeds and species have definate gender traits such as larger heads and facial features in males.

Really obvious ones are in great apes... look at an adult male and female orangatan! Even human males, on average, have larger facial features. I will not comment on their brain size. Nope. Not gonna. Uh-uh.

I have also noticed the difference in many male and females as far as general body size.

Curbside, that musta been the one that had gotten exchanged for the Mastiff head on the Chi body that i saw....they had to put a skate under the head so the body could hold it up
