Hey! I am new here and have a question. I have a small puppy, she's 4 months old and her name is "Brownie". She is really cute, sleepy and she's always playing around. The thing is, we don't know what breed she is; my brother found her outside his house, dirty and alone, apparently someone got rid off her, so he called my mom and we took the puppy home.

We took her to the veterinarian the first day and they told us she was approximately 2 months old, and they taught maybe it is a mix between 'german shepherd' and 'rottweiler' but we are not entirely sure.

She has brown hair and it turns darker (almost black) on her back, but her chest is white; it seems strange to us but she is beautiful.

I'll put some pictures of her and maybe you could give me some opinions on which breed or cross she might be. Thanks in advance!

I don't know much about breeds but looks a little like a lab/shepard mix puppy i saw a while ago...

Adorable! She clearly isn't a few things (like a Shih Tzu, f'rinstance). Its kinda hard to tell with puppies that are so young, but you might be able to make some better guesses when she grows up a little.

I don't see any rottweiler, but I definitely see shepherd. I say a shepherd/lab cross, which is a common mix breed seen in shelters and running the streets.

Hey thanks for all your replies! I actually taught it could be a lab to but was not sure. I'll wait a little longer 'til she gets older so we can have a better look of her.
