| She threw my puppy! :-( My roommate was mad at me this morning, I've been teaching my new puppy, Lily, to stay off the furniture.
Lily jumped up, she grabbed her and threw her on the floor bashing her head on my coffee table...and now she's mad at me because I told her she needs to leave, and I don't mean like tomorrow I mean like now. There was more to it as to why she was mad at me this morning but that's not the point, she literally threw my puppy...that sorry b*****. And now she's yelling at me? WTH is wrong with this picture? |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( I ended up having to call the police, they can't remove her...I told the officer how cruel she was to the puppy and he said there wasn't much they can do about it, other than if she starts getting out of hand they'll come and arrest her.
She stood there afterwards and lied and said she didn't do it - when I watched her do it in the first place.
She said she's not taking Sparky now. I'm calling Basset rescues tomorrow, he can't stay here and it's probably best he doesn't go with her at this point. What a weirdo.
It's not like there was much else I could do about it, I'm 7 months pregnant, not the best time to start a fist fight ya know
Besides, crazy lady isn't on my lease and doesn't pay rent, i was trying to help her out and this is how I get treated...so much for friends huh. |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( I don't understand why the police can't remove her. She's not paying rent and she's not on the lease. She's an unwanted person on the premises.
They should be able to do something!!!
It'd be different if she were paying rent (even if not on the lease). Then you'd have to start eviction proceedings.
What a miserable b****.

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( Yes she's black with brindle :-) I'm not really sure about these ears yet...they are definetely different looking! I'm going to take some pictures today of the little monster (who luckily doesn't seem phased by being tossed like that this morning, however I'm still bent about it, lol)
She's all of 10 lbs or so, that's like tossing a baby, and it's sick...I don't know wtf, but I called my husband at work and he's flipping out (he won't be home until after 6) so he's really unhappy. |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( OMG!! You could call your landlord. She is there, on their property, causing issues, and not on the lease. THEY may have the power to call the police and have her removed. |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( Yeah it's odd, in Arizona the laws were different, you have an unwanted house guest - and they were adios by the cops for trespassing.
I did get pictures of the pup though, just a thought, how do I get photos when I can't get her far enough away from me that it's not just a nose shot? lol |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( Entirely possible A.
I'm glad the puppy seems to have no lasting damage. That woman could use a little damaging tho. Good thing puppies are so resilient.
How's the pregnancy coming there? and? B or G? Do you know? |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( I am all for helping friends out, but never ever ever by letting them stay in my house for any extended time period w/o handing over $$ for rent etc. someone who doesn't have it together enought to get their OWN place is usually trouble.
Talk to your land lord and then when she goes out, get the locks changed on the doors, get her stuff, put it outside and that is the end of that. Don't let her in.
I expect there is more to this... a lot more. She needs to live her own life w/o you and w/o hurting dogs. |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( Yep there's a lot more to it...long story short once she leaves with her stuff she's not coming back - she also doesn't have keys to the house ( I never gave her any) so that's not an issue.
Sparky will be going to a rescue who can hopefully help him, I'm going to "shop" around tomorrow. |

| Re: She threw my puppy! :-( Good Luck.
Right now I wouldn't trust her out of my sight. She's liable to do anything! I wouldn't want to see any of the dogs hurt further or any damage done to anything.
At the first sign of trouble - call the cops!!! |

That is terrible! I can't believe they won't just kick her out. Its so not right. I bet he'll be real upset once he gets there. |
