Heh, husky getting herself into trouble

So, this is why when you are in the yard doing something and you suddenly no longer hear your dog's tags jingling you might want to check on what she's doing:

HEh, my roommie was working on his boat and letting hte dog run around the backyard. He tells me he realized he had stopped hearing her tags jingling around so went to check on her and she had decided to start digging into a pot our cherry trees had come in.

She did not like having to get her face washed off after that... goofy dog.

Oh, and as an aside... she's either 1/4 or 3/4 husky... her mom was half husky/ half rat terrier and pomeranian. It is possible her father could have been a husky hanging around her mom's owner's house... am I right that she is most likely 3/4? I have a hard time believing she's only 1/4 - she looks more husky than her mom (aside from the fact her mom has perk ears). And I swear a lot of the personality stuff I read about huskies fits her.

But she looks so innocent. Are you sure someone didn't just spread mud on her face and legs to get her in trouble?

How come her nose isn't dirty? I would check this out...

Why is it that they always look so cute when they are in trouble? She's adorable with her 'makeup'.

I notice it looks like she's wearing a martingale collar with the tags on the 'live' ring - the ring the leash attaches too. For her safety, please, move the tags to one of the side rings. If the tags are on the live ring and get caught on something she could strangle since the collar would tighten and not slide over her head.

Because she licked it off most likely.

Sounds like a typical husky, getting itself in trouble.

Boy, talk about trouble looking for a place to happen. See some people think that is a cute look those of who know better realize that is an inner demon in disguise.

Oh, that's what she'd like you to think. I love how satisfied she looks with herself in those pics.

No, the tags are on the blue collar (the non martingale). I try to remember to take the martingale off when I'm not walking her (doesn't always happen though and in this case I'm innocent cause my roommie was dogsitting while I was at work). Only time the tags have been on the martingale was when I was washing the blue collar (and I did use the other ring provided on the martingale).

Oh, good! I looked closer. On a greyhound forum I belong to this - tags on the wrong ring - comes up rather frequently. I didn't want you to possibly lose your dog over something so easily corrected.
