people are clueless

My husband and i answered an add today about german shepherd puppies. We went to see them, when i saw the poor mom, i could'nt believe my eyes, she was very small. We asked how old and the guy said oh i really don't know she's about a year or so.Poor thing still a puppy her self, with so much more growing to do and had to give to her pups what her body still needs. Needless to say, we did not buy one. The pups were only 5 weeks old. They were very nice people but not a clue about what they are doing to thier poor dog. It's kind of what my mom say's all the time about kids.(They grow up inspite of thier parents)same with dogs/puppies(They grow up in spite of thier owners)

Poor things! We were warned about answering ads. It's so hard to see things like that. My neighbors have a gsd and a poodle and bred them "for the fun of it." They thought the pups would be cute. When I asked how they plan on finding good homes for all the pups they said they are "hoping for the best." They even offered the poodle to our pup for breeding after she's had her litter. Thankfully my boy is neutered.

OMG! they bred the poodle to the GSD ? I thought about saying something to these people but i really didn't think it would do any good at all. They wont have any problem getting rid of them. There are to many people out there just like them that will buy them. People just aren't educated about breeding and the health of thier dogs. Then you have some that even if they were, it wouldn't matter anyway.
