Hi all,
For the first time we're going on vacation without our three-year-old Aussie. She's a rescue and we've had her for a year and a half. We'll be gone for two weeks.
We're somewhat new to the city and haven't made any dog friends who could take her in. At first we considered having someone come twice a day to walk her, she'll love staying at home, but now that seems like a long time to be alone. She's very sensitive.
This is our first time doing this so we need some advice. We'd like to board here where she could play with other dogs. She loves running around the park. I'm hoping you could point us in the right direction.
Even if it's a message board where people take turns boarding dogs. I'd actually like to have another herder here for her to play with all day. I work from home so I can watch them.
