is this a normal dog personality

Are dog kiki is a interesting dog. She would be what i refer to as a big time cuddle bunny. She would perfer to cuddle and be pet then played with any day of the week. Ive tried to get her to play with me by dangling a soc at here , and stuff like that, even got on the floor at eye level with her and made some strange noices and all that but she just sitts there and stares at me. BUt now she dosnt mind being loved on 24 7. Matter of fact when im on the computer or something she comes to me, and starts talking to me in some type of dog language, letting out some wierd sounds which Means "pick me up, and pet me". About the only time ive ever saw her really play was when she found a moth, and when we had our other dog she would run around with him and stuff, but when it comes to people interaction she just perfers to be cuddled. She want even lick you, no kidding. Any other dog you put them up to your face and they will slobber you to death, not her. Would you say this is normal dog personality. By the way she is half Jack Russell, and half Maltees. Yeah have Jack Russell and you wouldnt know it by your personality though.

you know my pit pup is just like that, and when i took her to the vet for a totaly unrelated issue she told me that that was abnormal for her to do that and that it ment that she was sickly.but she is realy just a mellow pooch, but my jack russel on the other hand he just drives me nuts he is hyper even when he sleeps its neverending.
