Ok we are looking for a puppy, and i came across this guy that is selling "boxers" but when he sent me a picture, the puppy doesnt look like a boxer?
what do you think he looks like?
i might be dumb but i aint retarded i know what boxers look like, but this guy swears its a boxer?

It doesn't look pure, and if it is pure, it is extreamly badly bred. It almost looks like a Rhodesian Ridgeback to me (without the ridge). Either way, RUN AWAY from this guy; don't purchase a puppy from him. If you can't even tell what breed this guy is selling, why purchase a dog from him?

well of course i wasnt going to purchase from him lol i just couldnt believe he said it was a boxer?!?!

Uhh...no. He may be a boxer mix, but I see no undershot jaw nor a black-mask.

Please, PLEASE find your next boxer from a reputable breeder. One who screens for genetic diseases like cardiomyopathy, SAS, hypothyroid, and hip dysplasia. You don't want your next boxer dropping dead from a heart attack at two years old because the breeder was too irresponsible to test for these things.

That really is a Boxer, but it's mixed with some other breed and I can't quite tell what the other breed is. It could be mixed with any other kind of dog breed. Look for dog pictures on www.puppyfind.com and look through the breeds and find one that the "Boxer" is mixed with. It will look like half of what the "Boxer" looks like. It also looks like it could be mixed with a Chinese Shar-Pei.

I don't think its a boxer, I tend to agree withthe poster who said looks more like a Ridgeback without the ridge. Perhaps a boxer ridgebback cross.
