Both of them are short coat. My sweet is a black & tan and my Odie is a solid red. I'm in NC but I was born and raised in WV. (Logan County).

That is neat. I have lived her all my life. I live in Mineral County. NC sounds nice right about now. It is kinda chilly here due to Ernesto. I would love to see pictures of your doxies. Are you on any other forums?

Thank you. They are family to us. I have Copper in a photo contest and hoping that he will win. What ages are your doxies and their weights? Lady is 10 lbs. and Copper is about 12. Addie is only 3 lbs. but she still should only get to be about 8 lbs. total.

I don't have a daschund, but just saw a news special about a lady who breeds them and they were all so cute! I would seriously conisder one if I was going to get another dog.

Odie is two years old and he weighs right around nine pounds, Sweetie is four years old and she weighs right around six pounds.
