Look at the top left of this site. There you will see a "User CP" link.
Click on that. This will take you to the control panel where you can edit your profile stuff.
On the left you will see a long list of options - "Your Profile", "Networking" "Settings and Options". Under "Settings and Options" you will see a link called "edit signature".
You can insert text into the top text box. You will see the option to insert a picture into the signature is lower down on the page. Hope that helps
