Catching her in the act and saying "No" is fine. Rubbing her nose in it is counterproductive...don't do this. You want to build her confidence, not destroy it. If she's had an accident in the house, rub your nose in it, it's your fault for not watching her closely enough.

Keep her crated when you can't keep an eye on her, and give her tons of praise for going outside. It's really no different than if she were a pup.
