Dog bowl in crate or outside for puppy?

Hi, i have an 8 week old shiba inu and i was wondering if it is better to keep the dog bowl in her crate ir outside of her crate.

I would feed her in her crate but otherwise keep the food and water dish out of the crate. If your feeding her a few times a day you can more easily judge when she will have to go potty, there for easier house breaking. If you keep the dishes in her cage at all times, you won't be able to do that so house breaking will be more difficult.
