Burdoc I'm not a first time dog owner,I have had dogs/pets all my life. However I have a rescue dog (cocker/cavalier king mix). I found a house in the country to give him room to run. Its late Dec in MN and not mush snow yet this year. Baby loves it out here (no more leash) we can run and play together he has a ball, but he has found burdock and has two in bedded in his fur, ( left side, and under right ear)....Please how do I remove them? He's an abused dog and although he trust me he can get aggressive and has toward others who try to pet him. When I adopted him I was told he would not allow anyone near him, when Dawn handed me his leash it was like he had found his long lost friend. He licked me and jumped in my arms, it was like I had raised him from a pup. Dawn his keeper at the shelter was in shock as she thought this dog would never find a home. I want to maintain this trust and wish not to cause him undo stress and pain. Any tips will be most appreciated. Thank you
