I have a question about my pitbull. mama is 10 months old and started her woman hood so to say I don't want it all over the house and I don't want to lock her in her house. I tried a pair of underware. but she doesn't like it. how do I let her play and not get it all over.

A female in heat can become aggressive, so you'll want to minimize her contact with young kids or other dogs. Other dogs may come looking for her, so she needs to be in a safe place where she can not escape, and where other dogs can not enter.
