I saw another thread just like this, top of the list.

Figured Id ask as well.

We adopted Remmy, from a adoption center in Wheaton, IL.

we were told he was a beagle mix.

I have a beagle harrier as well, and they have VERY similar coloring and markings.
Remmy is 5 months old now, and he's getting bigger than a beagle, so we're curious what he's mixxed with. He has a little longer hair than a beagle also.

To me he looks like a sheltie/beagle (or some other hound) mix. Possibly a different herder mixed with a hound, it's hard to tell. It'll be easier to tell once he gets older.

Thank you, he does look like both a beagle / sheltie mix, and a beagle / PRT.

I like you-tubing and seeing what these puppies look like.

I found this Sheltie, and it reminds me ALOT of Remmy. It's definatley a possibility.

I think it's just that those pics remind me A LOT of my sheltie when she was a pup. Especially the first few.

Since Nik came from a questionable breeder she had a really short coat for a long time.

PRT could definitely be a possibility though too.

He looks suspiciously Sheltie\collie-ish! He is probably some kind of Terrier as well...like may be JRT...I don't really see much Beagle to be honest...but who knows how he will grow and fill out.

I was actually going to suggest Corgi.

I definitely see Beagle though. Maybe I'm just biased.
