Not a "bad" food. There is very little meat in it though, which bothers me as I am a firm believer that dogs are carnivores or opportunists and dont really need that much vegtable in their diet.
And I am also not really fond of the Chicken fat being that high on the list of ingredients (chicken formula)

Depending on the cost, it could be possible to find a "better" food.
Keep comparing ingredients and cost and see what you come up with.

However, if you did choose to feed this (which in the end is your choice regardless what others think) It could be a MUCH worse choice.

I like to see at least 2 meat ingredients in the top 5, but that's not a bad food at all. I guess whether I'd feed it to my dogs or not would depend on the price. Since I can get Chicken Soup and Canidae for less than a dollar a pound, and both have multiple meat sources in the top 5 ingredients, I would expect to pay less than that.
