| Re: Farewell, my heart dog Although I've known about Ollie's passing, it still brings me to tears. Ryan, you were such a great dad to him. He was as blessed to have you in his life as you were to have him in yours.
We deeply miss you Ollie.
ETA: I was thinking about this after I logged off last night and wanted to add - I still remember the first Ollie post I read. You had had a really bad, long day at work. I think you were working in some sort of attic? Came home after being gone for way longer than you had expected, dirty, hurt, and exhausted. You couldn't see Ollie in the back yard because it was so dark and thought maybe something had happened, when all of the sudden he came out of nowhere and bowled you over, so happy to see you, wiping away your horrible day. Ollie, you rock.

R - beautiful and eloquent tribute to your friend. I am so sorry for your loss....I was completely shocked to come across this thread (i don't typically frequent the memorial section). (((hugs)) |

I am SO sorry for your loss. I went thru the same thing with my Dalmation Chip just over a year ago. Your post brought back some great memories (and a few tears too). |

| Re: Farewell, my heart dog I am terribly sorry for the loss of your Ollie. He was a beautiful dog and he was so lucky to have a human like you to love him as much as you clearly did. Your tribute said it all. It is amazing that bond you shared with Ollie, and I know he will be greatly missed. He was so very lucky to have had a dad like you to take him places, give him new experiences, and to love him. All his life's happiness is wrapped up in you My thoughts are with you RBark, remember all the great experiences you were able to share with your loyal friend. |
