Unhappy Nemo

well, nemo was a fish, without question.
he was a little bitty standard goldfish that my friend won at her school fair. despite her winning it at a fair, it wasnt in bad condition at all. he lived in my tank with my fish for about a month and then *flop*.
when he went flop, i my friend was over, and i had just decided to glance at my fishtank, and i saw nemo floating at the top. he wasnt fully dead, but pretty close. so i took him out, and put him in the sink for some reason, and tried to hold him upright, but i knew he would be a goner. then, he died. my friend was kind of upset when i told her. she said it wasnt my fault, though.

Durbkat has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Re: Nemo

Sorry to hear about your loss.

Sadly goldfish at state fairs and contest are feeder goldfish who don't have a long life expectancy because they are supposed to be food.

Re: Nemo

sorry to hear about Nemo. My algea eater just died last week after having him for almost 10 years. I know fish belong in water but i had to bury my Algea... i just didn't have the heart to trash him.
