I absolutely believe that. Animals have a way of making us forget what is plaguing us when they are around. They make everything seem brighter and more fun...more ALIVE. Galina and Zubin are heroes in my book.

Re: overwhelming grief

You are so right ,, when I am sick or feel bad I rush home to my dogs and I care so much for them I forget about me ..I read alot about how dogs are trained to go to hospitals and make the old people feel alive again and I really believe that they cure people. I cant explain it but sometimes I just look at them and they are so beautiful so trusting and relying on me for love thats all they want and I sit with each dog everynight and I kiss them and pet them and brush them. I wish my husband would let me get one more baby. I only have room for a small dog and I want a small chihuahua or yorkie but of course my husband says I should be happy with the 2 dogs I have and I am its not about that Im a very nurturing person especially with babies and puppies I need to be a care giver. SO I will keep working on him I am only worried about my other dogs hurting the smaller dog they get very jealous.
