I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I had some words of wisdom to help you through this horrid time. None have been invented to take the pain of such a devastating loss from our hearts. You are in my thoughts.

Re: my baby girl

thank you all for the kind words. i didn't think it would end that way. i saw her get killed. it was the most horrible thing i have ever saw or felt. i can't have kids of my own, so she was my little girl. i had begged my hubby to get me a dog after my sargie baby died from a heart attack. i cried for a solid week after that. Honeybee belonged to the lady i was a cargiver for. she moved to fl. in december and that liked to have killed me. ann passed away in july and left honeybee to me. i was so happy. hubby said no dogs in the house but he fell in love with her. she helped me get thru a bad patch of depression. a piece of me died yesterday.
Honeybee, moma loves you so much. i miss you and hope you are in heaven with your other mommie ann. please forgive me. i will always love you and miss you. max misses you too.

Re: my baby girl

I feel your pain, I just lost my boy cocker of 12 years last Thursday. No indication he was even sick, he stopped eating and became lethargic Sunday/Monday. Wife took him to the vet on Wednesday evening, they admitted him, and he died Thursday morning. No clue what happened. I miss him very much. I was out of town on business when he got sick, and he died before I could get home.

Re: my baby girl

I lost my little maltese at the end of June. She was hit by a car. I felt the same way as you...I still do at times. I know saying sorry for you loss isn't going to make you feel better...nothing will but time, and even waiting to heal is painful. If you need/want to talk about it feel free to email me.

RIP little one
