My lovely Charlie died 1 year ago tomorrow 16th October 2006 . he was a beautiful dog and l was very close to him and will never forget him he holds a very special place in my heart and will never be forgotten . he had a faulty heart valve and had only been to the vets 3 days before for a checkup and he was really pleased with him. When l woke that morning and his poor little body was being beaten by the severe pace of his heart l knew it was time he suffered the last couple of hours of his life and l feel bad that this must have started while l was asleep , Putting things into prespective he had a great life and was loved by all my family he was a little dog with a huge personality
He sounded like a great dog. You shouldn't feel bad, there was nothing you could do in that situation, and I'm sure you provided an amazing life for him. R.I.P. Charlie.
