Site trying to download files to my computer?

Every time I load a page, my web browser gives me the warning:

And one of the banner ads won't load. What's up with that? What's trying to download to my computer from the site? I keep heeding the warning, but it's getting annoying at this point.

....seems to have resolved itself at this point...

I get that on my older computer but my new computer it works fine my warning popped up and said downloading files click here to be redirected or something like that
