How to people post when it says Banned under their username?  Maybe I'm just not sure how that all works, but I swear I see a "banned" person actively posting this morning! |

BoxMeIn21 is banned, but only at her location. No one who's status is banned can post. Their old threads and posts still exist, unless they are physically deleted. It's usually not necessary to delete the banned person's old posts. | |
