"on a distiguished road" title?

I happened to mouse over the green button beside peoples' names and found some that were "____ is an unknown quantity" or "___ is on a distinguished road etc".

what does this mean?

It means next-to-nothing and I wish we would just shut it off.

It's related to your reputation points. I wouldn't worry about it unless it says, "Annamarie is headed down the road to ruin and damnation."
