How do i get pictures on my profile?

My friend is not telling me how and i dont know y so he said to ask you guys and i dont know why so um how do i get pictures up so can u guys help out and give some advice?

I too would like some advice on how to put an avatar on my profile from my computer, it is a picture of my Buddy,

I have tried uploading from my computer but it will not take.

oops sorry whatever I did worked, thats my Buddy
