I have a 2 year old German shepherd with horrible ear problems. Although I apply medication the problem unfortunately is reoccurring. I heard that applying mineral oil to my dogs ears will keep the yeast infections out while “curing” any residual colonies. I just don’t know. I’m hoping that someone out there has also heard this or even tried this form of therapy. I spend about $600.00 a year on this problem so; I’m looking for home remedies. If anyone knows of one that works, please let me know.
