Feces eating, yuck!

I have a seven month old male corgi. He has been eating feces and has never done that. I don't know if it's his own or the female corgi or any other kind of critter we have in our yard. How do I stop him from doing this. I know I need to pick it up as soon as they do it....but just wondering will he always do this or will he quit it?

Thanks,

Ragmop53

I also had the same problem until my vet advised me to place a little meat tenderizer in his food. Supposedly, this causes his feces to taste nasty to a dog. How it didn’t before is beyond me. Anyhow, she also said (my dog) may be lacking certain vitamins/minerals and is attempting to compensate. It worked for my dog, may work for yours.

Thanks I will try this. He has also been on medication for allergies and that's when I noticed him doing that. Do you think that might be the reason?

Thanks Ragmop53
