| I am confused, and im curious about my other dog
1st: I just lost a dachshund last night to supposed internal bleeding. She just got back here from a flight from Colorado to North Carolina 2-3 days ago. She was 7 years old, and when it got here its right eye was a dark purple and swollen kind of and every inhale and exhale sounded like a snore, so there was definite breathing problems. When taken to the vet, i was told that she was coughing up blood. Was it for sure that it was internal bleeding, and if so, was it possibly caused by the flight cross country?
2nd: We have a second dachshund that came with the other one and its doing fine, but dogs do have emotions and i was wondering if this is going to affect the one that is still with us? and if he does become sad, im sure it wont be hard to tell, so what do i do to "keep his head up" i guess if thats how i should put it? I mean, i cant exactly talk to my dog about its problems.
I really miss my dog, but i am having to stay strong for my little sister, and i want to make the best of this sad situation for both my sister and my other dachshund. It would also be nice to have a prayer from each of you, that my dog is, as they say, in a better place, and thanks to those who may help me with my curiousity.
