Please Help Me Im New

Well im new to this forum and have a question. My dog is a mixed terrier and i have had her for about 2 years now. This past week she has been barking at exactly 1:30 a.m. The first night i just put her in my room to sleep in my room and she peed there. So i realized she needed to go out so the next day when she barked at 1:30 i took her out and walked her around the block but she would not do anything so i brought her back and she peed on my rug. This has been going on for about a week now and im confused about why she keeps peeing and i have tried many times to take her out but she just wont do anything. Any help is appreciated.

Have the vet check for a urinary tract infection and to rule out any medical problem. If nothing shows up then I would pick up the water bowl 2 hours before bedtime, crate the dog at night, and ignore the barking.
