Something wrong with my dogs leg, pics inside

I noticed today when I was feeing my mixed dog Gigi her dinner that her left hind leg had a small piece of her skin flapped over and skin being exposed. Its too late to go to the emergency room and its not bleeding and never looked like it had bled before, its pink and its not irritated looking, kinda we moist looking like maybe puss? Idk what it is, it showed up randomly. I dont think its a laceration because it hasnt bled at all. Here are some pics. It doesnt itch her, she doesnt seem to be licking at it, and it doesnt bother her when i touch close to it.

Her name is gigi and shes 2 yrs old

with out a closer pic that almost resembles a lick granuloma or like she ran into something and just kinda shaved the surface layers of the dermis off. If it looks like it's weeping apply hot compresses to it 3-4 times a day for 15 minutes to draw out any ick that might be in there. If it gets worse or starts to really worry you then a trip to the vet is warranted but IMO try the home therapy for a few days first. I wouldn't really recommend neosporen or the like cause my vet has told me that it does as much harm as good since it can trap bacteria in an open wound like that. A soak in ebsom salt or an antiseptic solution or even dabbing it with lysterine or peroxied would be better than neo (but miight hurt like heck),
