this could be a result of the spay..... incontinence and leaking urine is common in spayed females as it can be in spayed humans (women who have had a hysterectomy)......
talk to your vet to rule out alternative medical problem.
You might also have a case of submissive urination. Does the dog do it when you talk to her or greet her? Or does she just leak on herself when she is sleeping and normally just sitting around?
