hiya

iv got a 1year old tibetan terrier.
Shes came out of season about 2weeks ago, past few days complete change of character normally shes very excitable, lots of energy. But lately shes seems really tired, and has been sick in the morning for the past few days.

Also i have set times for going on walks and she can normally hold her wees in but lately she just can't hold them in and theres been a few accidents in the house?

False pregnancy perhaps? Eather way I'd get a vet check.

Sounds like classic urinary infection. Our little guy got one and he was very lethargic and couldn't hold his urine. We took him to the vet right away because he wasn't acting normal and he got antibiotics. Sometimes it can take weeks of antibiotics to clear up a bladder infection. Also, if you don't get it taken care of, it can damage the bladder, etc. Not something to mess around with.

Or it could be pyometra, considering how she just came out of season. A vet visit would be best.

pyometra for fixed female - less likely, urinary infection most likely - blood work + ultrasound; cipro 5-14 days depends on the severety is usualy given; good luck

Except that the dog in question isn't fixed. According to the op she just came out of season.

I agree with the other posters, a visit to the vet is most definitely in order.
