inside dogs ear..weird yellow bug looking stuff...and dark stuff

my dog has been scratching its ears alot latley so i decided to get a little high powered flashlight and look down her ear canal...

if i pull it just right and have the light at the right angle i can see way in there and there is this yellow worm looking thing.. i dont think it is alive or it might not even be a worm but it looks like a yellow worm..also there is a lot of dark blackish/brown looking stuff and then a couple of lines that almost look like legs.

am i just looking to far down her ear or does she have something in her ear..
i noticed it a couple of weeks ago and it hasn't moved. i also washed her ears out..

there is a simliar looking yellow thing in her other ear just not as much...could this just be balls of wax gooped up in sections to look like a little worm or what??

she had an yeast infection in her ear about 6 monthes ago and it was treated as directed by the vet...

she has floppy ears too..

any info you have would be great..

i dont think i could get a picture.. its hard enough to see in there with my fat fingers and trying to hold a flashlight

Has she been outside lately? Something might be lodged there or it might be an ear infection. My bet is on ear infection since the chances of both ears having a dead bug is pretty low. Bring her in to the vet ASAP. Even if it's not an ear infection, they can help get rid of the balled up gunk.
