Unhappy My 2 year old Doberman got bitten by street dogbulged cheeks please help

I'm in need of your advice for my 2 year old Doberman.
Yesterday my dad took him for walk(without chain tied on its neck) it saw a street dog it ran away to it for play or fight(i really don't know).
That street dog started to bite my dog it yelled and ran away to my home after getting two to three bites.
one in his face near to the eft eye other two on his stomach.all are minor bites but with little blood
Today when i woke up i was shocked to see my Bruno(name of my dogie) with his left cheeks bulged. I' want to do something to cure it, friends what should i do?
This is festival time here vet will be on work only after 3 days. Is this a serious issue ?
My dog is very aggressive , if it identifies that we are watching him to touch his wound his attitude changes totally, and im afraid of touching its wound.
Today morning i accidentally touched his bulge on cheeks he showed a little shock indicating that it hurts him.
Please give me some solution it would be highly appreciative.

This shows abscesses (infection) he MUST see a vet. He needs antibiotics and treatment of the abscesses.

^What s/he said! In addition to antibiotics, you're vet can prescribe pain meds and tranquillizer. This is not something that can be taken care of at home and will only get worse, especially considering the close proximity to his eye. Your pup MUST SEE A VET.

The swelling may just be the body's natural reaction to the wound - There are lymph nodes in the head/neck that might be working overtime and causing the swelling. There's also a salivary gland that, if damaged, may be causing the extra fluid. If your dog was bitten yesterday, that's not really enough time for a serious infection to have grown.

However, bites CAN be very serious. In part because you don't know what, if any, vaccinations the other dog had or if he may have been able to transmit any infectious diseases to your dog. I would definitely recommend getting your pup to the vet for an exam and (probably) antibiotics to prevent infection.
