UTI or something else?

I have a 4 month old female mix...After having her a few weeks we discovered she had a UTI and she was on antibiotics. New tests came back negative. The last few days she has been having accidents (always has accidents but more than the norm), drinking water, licking herself and last night she was dribbling urine when she was walking..this happened twice. Is this a UTI or could it be something more serious? Also, this morning she climbed up on my husbands recliner and was just sitting there, but a few minutes later she was licking a wet spot on the chair and my other dog came along and started licking the wet spot. I put my face down to see if it was pee or drool and it smelled like FISH!!! Yuck!!! Any feedback would be good.

4 months old she will still have accidents.

However this sounds alot like my dog, who has chronic UTIs and is on PPA. Without the PPA she is always dribbling.

Was your girl spayed at a very early age?

Some say that anal sac fluid smells fishy. They are located at about 5 and 7 o'clock below the anus. If they are full there will be a bit of a swelling on one or both sides. Maybe she is so uncomfortable she is leaking? Sassy, geriatic and very ill, will leak if she is worried about being asked to do too much or things are just wrong.

She sure is young for all this trouble, poor little thing.
